Relax in one of the rocking chairs on our spacious deck overlooking the dramatic cascade of Pedersen Glacier. Keep a look out for harbor seals and sea and river otters frolicking in the lagoon, or a black bear out for an evening stroll along the shoreline. Or, cozy up inside the lodge next to the wood stove and peruse a selection from our natural history library - the expansive windows in the main lodge offer stunning views of the glacier and lagoon.

Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge also features sightseeing opportunities at a relaxed pace. Seek out glaciers, whales, sea otters and more on the included Kenai Fjords Cruise to and from the lodge. At the lodge, meander along several walking trails and explore the area at leisurely pace; or join one of our interpretive guides for a casual stroll and marvel at the amazing natural history of Alaska's wilderness and search for local wildlife, including black bears, bald eagles and more. Whatever your pace, Kenai Fjords Glacier Lodge is an exceptional destination to renew your love of the great outdoors.

After dinner, spend the evening chatting with fellow travelers while revisiting the day's events or over a board game in our comfortable guest lounge. The lounge serves a selection of wine and draft beer to accent your leisure time, and the dining room is always host to complimentary snacks and beverages.
